Here are some of the primary roles of $GPU:

  • $GPU will be the transactional currency within the GPU Network ecosystem.

  • $GPU provider rate per machine to be determined by protocol depending on demand & supply.

  • $GPU will be used for incentivization or penalty for network stakeholders (providers & consumers).

  • $GPU will be staked by consumers to get uninterruptible instances, higher the staking higher the priority for running instances for longer periods of time.

  • $GPU can also be staked by investors and earn a yield by consumers who do not want to stake and instead give a yield to the single asset LPs.
